1. Zohra is not medical care
This is the most important section on the page. Zohra — including the weekly content, the Ask feature, anything you track, and this website — provides general information and companionship. It is not medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Zohra is not a doctor or a midwife, and using it creates no clinician–patient relationship.
Always consult your own healthcare provider about your pregnancy. Contact your provider or emergency services immediately for anything urgent — bleeding, severe pain, reduced movement, or anything that worries you. Never delay or replace professional care because of something Zohra said. Pregnancy is personal and medicine changes; your provider knows you, and we do not.
The weekly pages on this website cite their sources and state on each page that they have not been reviewed by a clinician. Our editorial policy
2. The agreement
These terms are a contract between you and MK Studios (“we”, “us”). By using Zohra or this website you accept them. If you do not, do not use them.
3. Who may use Zohra
You must be at least 18 years old. The partner space is for one person you invite, under your control, and you are responsible for who you invite.
4. The free tier and Zohra Plus
- The free tier is free, runs on your device, and requires no account.
- Zohra Plus adds cloud sync, the partner space, Ask, and keepsake exports without the Zohra mark. It is $59.99 a year after a 14-day free trial, $7.99 a month with no trial, or $89.99 once for the Journey Pass. The live App Store listing always controls the current price in your region.
- Billing runs through Apple. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the period ends — cancel in iOS Settings, then Subscriptions. A trial converts unless cancelled before it ends. Refunds are handled by Apple under Apple’s policies.
- The Journey Pass is a single purchase, not a subscription. It does not renew.
5. Your content is yours
Your record — journal entries, letters, photographs, recordings, milestones — is yours. You grant us only the licence needed to run the service: to store it, sync it, and display it to you and to the partner you invite, and to process it as the privacy policy describes. We claim no ownership of it, we do not use it to train anything, and keepsakes you export are yours to keep and share.
6. Acceptable use
Do not use Zohra to break the law, to harm anyone, to upload content you have no right to, or to probe, overload, scrape, or reverse-engineer the service.
7. Ending things
Delete your account at any time inside the app. How We may suspend accounts that breach these terms, with notice where that is practical. If we ever discontinue Zohra we will give you a reasonable window to export your record first.
8. This website
The writing and the botanical illustrations on this site are our original work. You may quote and link to them with attribution. You may not republish the corpus wholesale, and you may not use the illustrations commercially without asking. Press use in coverage of Zohra is welcome — details.
9. Warranties and liability
Zohra is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, we disclaim implied warranties, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before a claim, with no liability for indirect or consequential damages. Nothing in these terms limits liability where the law forbids limiting it.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States. Talk to us first — most things are settled by an email to support@zohrababy.com.
11. Changes
Material changes are announced in the app before they take effect, and the current version always lives at this address with its version number and date at the top.
