How do I cancel?
Subscriptions are billed by Apple, so they are cancelled in iOS Settings — tap your name, then Subscriptions, then Zohra. Cancelling there stops the renewal and leaves you access until the period you have paid for ends. We cannot cancel an Apple subscription on your behalf, and nobody who tells you otherwise can either.
I want a refund.
Refunds for App Store purchases are handled by Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com. If Apple declines and you think you have a fair case, write to us anyway.
Is the Journey Pass a subscription?
No. $89.99 once, covering pregnancy through your baby’s first year. It does not renew and there is nothing to cancel. All the prices
I got a new phone. Where is my journey?
If you are on Zohra Plus, sign in and your space comes with you. If you are on the free tier, your record lives on the old phone and nowhere else — that is the promise working exactly as designed, and it is also the one thing it costs you. An iPhone-to-iPhone transfer or an encrypted device backup carries it across.
How do I delete everything?
Inside the app, in Settings: Delete my account. It removes what is on your phone and what is in your space, and tells you when it is done. The full instructions
My pregnancy has ended.
We are sorry. Reminders can be paused instantly in the app, and anything — or everything — can be deleted without a retention flow asking you to reconsider. If you would rather not do it yourself, write to privacy@zohrababy.com and we will take care of it. You will not be asked why.
Is my partner’s access separate?
No — a space has two members and the invitation comes from you. It can be ended. How the shared space works
Something in the app is wrong.
Tell us which screen and what happened. If it is a factual error in a weekly page, our corrections policy says what we do about it — briefly: we fix it and say so.
Is Zohra medical advice?
No. Zohra is a journal and a companion. For symptoms, worries, or anything urgent, contact your midwife, doctor, or maternity unit. If you think you are having an emergency, call your local emergency number.
