Delete your account

Three taps, no retention flow, and nobody asking you to reconsider.

In the app

  1. Open Zohra and go to Settings.
  2. Tap Delete my account.
  3. Confirm.

That is the whole process. There is no survey, no “are you sure you want to lose all this”, and no offer of a discount to stay.

What goes

Everything Zohra is holding for you: every keepsake, every note, every recording — on your phone and on Zohra’s servers. It cannot be brought back, and we say so before you confirm rather than after.

If you are on the free tier, everything of yours is on your phone already, so deletion is complete the moment it finishes. If you are on Zohra Plus, the same press also erases the spaces your account carries. Your data is removed from production systems within 30 days and rolls off encrypted backups within 90 days.

If the deletion cannot be completed, the app tells you nothing was deleted and leaves your record exactly as it was. It will never report a deletion that did not happen.

Your subscription is separate

Deleting your account does not cancel an Apple subscription, because we cannot cancel it for you. Cancel in iOS Settings — tap your name, then Subscriptions, then Zohra. Do that first if the renewal is close.

If you would rather we did it

Write to privacy@zohrababy.com from the address on the account and ask us to delete it. We will verify the request and confirm when it is done. You will not be asked why.

If a pregnancy has ended and you would like reminders stopped immediately rather than the whole account removed, say so — that is one setting, and it takes effect at once.

Want a copy first?

Ask for an export before you delete, at privacy@zohrababy.com. Deletion is permanent, so it is worth doing in that order.
